TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE COMPETITION “#readyforit”

1. Promoter
This promotional competition is run by Amazon Deutschland Services GmbH, Marcel-Breuer-Straße 12, 80807 Munich in the following "Amazon".

2. Conditions of participation

To enter the competition, the entrants must publicly comment on the Twitch livestream of inscope21tv on the 8th of December and be selected by the host of the stream. By entering, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements.

It is a prerequisite for participation to have an existing public Twitch account. If the entrant does not yet have a user account for the Twitch app, the entrant can open one. Only natural people of full age are eligible to participate.

Automatically generated entries (e.g. via lottery service providers etc.) are void. In any case of a breach of these terms and conditions or the influence on equal opportunities, e.g. by technical manipulation, or a similar serious violation, Amazon may, at its own discretion, terminate the participation of the entrant or change the terms and conditions of the competition. The participation in this promotion is free of costs. Each participant is only entitled to participate once in the promotion. If a non-eligible participant is determined to be a winner, he/she will be denied the prize. The promoter reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received before the closing date.

3. Prize

The prize is one of two Microsoft Xboxes S and two Microsoft Surface Headphones. One person can only win one object. No cash alternative is available in whole or in part.

4. Procedure

The competition takes place in the period of the 08.12.2021, from 5-9PM. Participants enter the competition by publicly commenting on the Twitch livestream of inscope21tv on the 8th of December.
Competition closes at 8.12.2021 at 10PM CET. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted. Winners will be selected by the host of the stream. There will be no additional notification procedure other than the host of the stream announcing the winners live. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available in whole or in part.

The winners will be selected by the host of the stream at random from all valid entries for this competition received before the Closing Date. The participant must have an existing Twitch user account with during the entire competition period. The winners are then asked to contact promotions@moonbase.social to receive their win. They will be asked to confirm ownership of the winning Twitch account and need to provide personal details for reasons of legality. is then a If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received before the closure of the competition.

5. Warranties and publications

The participant declares by participating in the promotion that the respective Instagram account is his own and is not owned by a third party. Should third parties file any claim against the promoter for infringement of their rights in connection with the respective account, the participant bears full responsibility for the damage suffered by the third party.

The winner agrees that his/her name and Instagram user name are being published on the influencers’ Instagram accounts and Amazon’s Main channels of communication, including the official website, Social Media Channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter), PR activities and other press-related content generated by Amazon.

6. Declaration of consent

As far as personal data from participants are collected in the course of the competition, these are collected, processed and used by the promoter solely for the purpose of carrying out and processing the competition. The data will be deleted within 30 days after the competition has been carried. The participant may object or withdraw his consent at any time for the future. The participants have a right to access, rectify, erasure their personal data.

7. Granting of rights

Winners will be announced on social media and by participating in this competition, the winner gives permission for their name and picture to be used in advertising and/ or media free of charge. 

8. Miscellaneous

If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. There is no right of appeal. Jurisdiction is Munich.
